Welcome Home
This was literally quite something. It skirted around the neighborhood I call home, too. Began early Friday morning, congested traffic like no one business (yet, we Angelenos loved it), and finally landed at its near resting place on the evening of last Sunday. Just about the entire city either watched it in person, or monitored it on local news-casts.
p.s., a few of us were not surprised Endeavour and its support/moving crew seemed to linger the longest right next to two donut shops. Randy’s Donuts (near the bridge spanning the 405 freeway) and the Krispy Kreme’s at MLK and Crenshaw.

So jealous LA got this bird instead of Dayton. But I guess California had a legit claim.

Yeah, I’m partial that Mission 26 landed here. Thanks, Naomi.
